That doesn't change the fact that they're under contract and have to do what they're doing until they get permission to do something else, otherwise no one will ever do business with them again. Just like Mc.ds can't searve another brand of coffee untill their contract with their current supplier expiers. :P You obviously know nothing about fastfood or fairtrade.. 1st fairtrade is not a brand it's a label used by many brands under certain agreements....just like oxfam is not a brand but a label which is also used by many brands, 2nd MacD's and fairtrade do not have a executive agreement :) try again. Anyway fact remains BIG reputation is gone based on this lottery either the said titans or the lottery will take place now and trying to charge for refunds is yet another ripoff. At this point, tornsoul would be better off pocketing the iskies and telling everyone to just gtfo :P cause the reputation is gone anyway.

Why does TS make annoucements about " things are being worked on " when TS says he won't change the lotto contract? All in all, this whole lotto does sound like a pretty good scam. 1. 30K tickets will never sell now, only a fool would think it could. 2. TS -> I won't change the contract but things are being worked on. 3. TS replies on any other one of his threads while totally ignoring this thread. ( click on his portrait and check the posts he has made ) 4. No end in sight and rumours of the Titan owners having pulled out and one of them already lost. ( no official reply ) At this point, I am inclined to think TS is just dragging it along to scam more dumb asses who actually would buy a ticket or two then one day he will announce " Thank you for all the fish everyone. " Just my 2cents and no I don't care what your flame or thought is only what TS has to say.
